Creating Your Own Measure Tables

The library is your resource to help you get started quickly. It is part of our Google Groups community: http://groups.google.com/group/web-scorecard in the Files section. Each measure table is an Excel table, describing categories, measures and performance criteria for a specific measurement problem. Download them, then mix, match and add your own measures to make a scorecard that's just right for you.

Many of our contributors are consultants, and can provide additional services to tailor a measure table to meet your needs, or to help you improve performance. Please consider them first, since they have already given you the opportunity to leverage their hard-won experience.
