These are based on www.Web-Scorecard.com' unique performance tracking database and reporting system. www.Web-Scorecard.com partners with consultants to deliver these solutions. The consulting partner provides the measures development expertise and www.Web-Scorecard.com provides the database solution and application integration components. See our partner page for more information. The combined solution combines business and IT consulting services with a subscription service to a customized version of the tracking and reporting system. Delivery is done in three steps:

Step 1: Pilot Assessment Service
The objective of the pilot is to demonstrate the service value at minimal time and cost to the customer. While each business or industry may have its own terminology, the work generally goes like this:
- Frame the "ideal" performance to match the umbrella business objectives
- Examine a representative set of sample business cases and identify best practices and gaps relative to the ideal
- Develop metrics that enable tracking of improvements relative to best practices and gaps
- Define the customer-specific assessment process
- Generate the initial subset of the assessment tracking and reporting system
- Test the system with a sample of real-world cases.
- Create a final report and recommendations for full rollout.
The pilot is a services engagement that typically runs 6-12 weeks. Upon completion, the customer retains metrics, processes and initial data, as well as access to the Web-scorecard solution for 30 days.
Step 2: Full Service Deployment with ongoing Subscription Service
Full Service Deployment completes the tracking system and enables the customer to deploy the system internally. A full suite of metrics is created, the database is extended, and data collection is integrated with customer host systems. Customer staff receives application training, education, and change management tools to ensure successful integration with existing customer business processes. Support and administrative assistance are put in place to enable ongoing assistance. The time for the Full Service Deployment engagement ranges from 8 to 24 weeks, depending on complexity of the completed tracking system and number of customer staff supporting the process.
Subscription Service enables the customer to maintain ongoing access to data with minimum expense for maintenance and support. The database is hosted on a secure server with rigorous access protection and data backup practices. Phone-in and online support are included. The subscription service includes updates of the solution. The service fee is negotiated on a case by case basis.
Step 3: Periodic Update and Refresh
www.Web-Scorecard.com provides business and IT services to extend and customize the solution. Services can include development of additional metrics, creation of new reports, and application extensions.
